What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods; Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, JCB and Mastercard. Payments are taken at the point of order and processed on our behalf by PayPal.

If you prefer to talk to us, we will happily take your order over the telephone on 0121 565 2898. We are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5:30pm.

How much does delivery cost?

AAll our prices include delivery & VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay! Our free delivery offer is available to all consumers within the UK. However, items being shipped to post codes IM, HS and ZE will have an additional £4.99 added automatically at the checkout.

If you would like any item shipped abroad, please email us and we will respond quickly with the shipping charge.

Where’s my order?

We ship out orders same day if ordered by 1pm or the next working day. All our items are delivered on a 2-3 day delivery service. The type of service we use depends on the item ordered, our courier partners include; Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel & City Link.

If you have a query about how long delivery on a particular item is, please contact us via phone or email. If you would like special next day delivery, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help for a small additional outlay.

Once your item is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number if applicable.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you have already placed an order, the quickest way to modify or cancel your order would be to contact us via email or telephone. Details of these are on our ‘Contact Us’ page. Please note our trading hours.

Can I get a bulk discount?

If you are looking to buy in bulk, we are more than happy to help. We offer bulk discounts on all our products. Please contact us via email or phone and you will be glad you did!

Some items seem expensive, why is this?

Single items can seem expensive due to carriage costs, but if you spend more than £50 in a single transaction, an automatic discount of 5% is applied. Spend more than £100 in a single transaction and you automatically receive a 10% discount! This saving is due to the reduction in packaging & shipping costs to the same address.

Can I collect from your store?

If you browse our website and live in the close vicinity or prefer to see our outfit, we can offer a collection service. The added benefit of collection is our special discounted prices to save you even more money!
