All our prices include delivery & VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay! Our free delivery offer is available to all consumers within the UK. However, we do reserve the right to ask for additional delivery charges to the more remote places.
If you would any item shipped abroad, please email us and we will respond quickly with the shipping charge.
We ship out orders same day if ordered by 1pm or the next working day. All our items are delivered on a 2-3 day delivery service. The type of service we use depends on the item ordered, our courier partners include; Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel & City Link. If you have a query about how long delivery on a particular item is, please contact us via phone or email.
Once your item is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number if applicable.
If you would like to change the delivery address, please email or call us immediately after placing the order. Please note that once your item has been shipped, we are unable to alter the address and will not be responsible for a failed delivery.
Please check the order immediately once received. If there is any problem with the order (damaged goods, incorrect items, missing items) please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We always aim to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
We understand that a timely and efficient delivery is important to the receiver. If something goes wrong, and it sometimes does due to unforeseen circumstances, fixing it becomes our main priority. Please contact us 5 days after your confirmation email to chase a delivery.
